4. Project documents

Uploaded documents are used solely to prepare your quote and deliverables. Access is limited to the estimators and reviewers assigned to your project.

We retain project files for as long as needed to support revisions and record-keeping, and delete them on written request unless the law requires us to keep them.

5. When we share information

We share information only with service providers that help us operate, under confidentiality obligations, or when required by law:

  • Email and file delivery providers that transmit your submissions to our team.
  • Payment processors that handle card and bank transactions.
  • Professional advisers and authorities where legally required.

6. Cookies and local storage

This site uses minimal browser storage to remember preferences such as a dismissed announcement. If analytics are enabled, they are used in aggregate to understand which pages are useful. You can clear or block storage in your browser settings.
